Creamy Salsa Dip

What happens in Snack Club, stays in Snack Club. Tomorrow is my day to bring a dish to Snack Club. I had planned to do a simple veggie dip but couldn't find the soup mix I needed at the local grocery store. So, I gathered up a few ingredients and decided I would just wing it when I got home. I added a little of this and a little of that and came up with my newest appetizer.

Creamy Salsa Dip

8 oz. mild salsa
16 oz. sour cream
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. taco seasoning
4 drops pepper sauce

Combine the salsa and sour cream.

Stir together until smooth.

Yes, it's cilantro again. Are you surprised?

Green onions - another staple in my fridge.

Stir in the cilantro and green onions. Add dry seasonings and pepper sauce. Chill so the flavors can blend.

Serve with your favorite chips. Enjoy!
