Fun with Molds

 

When I was contacted by WholePort and was asked to work with some of their products, I was immediately drawn to the extensive selection of cake/candy molds that are on their web site in their baking section. I thought it would be fun to get into the kitchen this weekend and try out one of them. My younger son jumped right in and helped me to mix up one of my favorite brownie recipes to use in this beautiful mini-bundt cakes mold.

I love so many recipes in this cookbook because they are so quick and easy to make after a long day at work. There are many skillet recipes to choose from which is my preferred method of cooking on weeknights.
