Southwestern Pasta Salad

Because I had some cilantro and green onions in the fridge and because I was hungry, I decided to whip up my Southwestern pasta salad for lunch today. It's simple to throw together. I used seashell pasta today, but any kind of short pasta will do. You could also throw in some chicken, too, to make it a more substantial meal.

Southwestern Pasta Salad
12 oz. pasta
5 green onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Ranch dressing mix
1 tsp. taco seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. fresh cilantro, chopped

Cook pasta in salted water, as directed. Drain and rinse. Add the green onions. In a separate bowl, stir together the mayonnaise and dried seasonings. Stir the cilantro into the mayonnaise mixture and pour the mixture over the pasta. Enjoy!

Come in, my friend.
Creamy goodness!
