Sweet Indulgences Sunday #23

September is birthday month in my family. Both of my parents along with four of my cousins have birthdays in September. Today is my birthday. I haven't planned anything special. I've already cooked breakfast and started laundry, the usual weekend tasks. I bought the new Taste of Home Best Holiday Recipes last night so I'm looking forward to squeezing in some quality reading time this afternoon.

I thought I would do something a little different this week. In addition to your dessert recipes, you can link up any other dishes that you choose. I know that a lot of you post more than just desserts so I would like you to share them here this week. Hope everyone is having a great day and is enjoying the first official fall weekend. I know I am.
