However...I've never really liked chicken salad. However, I had made pita bread and mayonnaise earlier in the day and was looking for something to merry the two. This recipe was amazing! We love cilantro and green onions so ...Hi Susannah! We love cilantro and green onions so we use a lot. I would suggest using 3-4 green onions and 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro. I think that would be about 1/3 of a bunch of cilantro that you get in the grocery store.
