Recipe Snapshot: Yummy Pork Ribs

Yummy Pork Ribs

2 c. zesty Italian salad dressing
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. pepper
3-4 lbs. bone-in country-style pork ribs or chops
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 to 3 onions, sliced into rings

In a small bowl, stir together salad dressing, soy sauce, garlic and pepper; set aside. In a skillet over medium heat, brown ribs in oil on both sides; drain. Arrange onion rings in an ungreased 13"x9" baking pan. Top with ribs; drizzle dressing mixture over top. Cover tightly. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour, or until tender. Serves 6.
